Seasons

If there is one thing I, Jeremy Fouts, know about life and even in business like CorVive, it’s that it is always changing; we are continuously going through different seasons. That’s one thing you can count on. The other thing I know is it isn’t the same for anyone. Sure, we may face similar circumstances, good and bad, but all are unique nonetheless. We all go through different seasons and the only way to get through it and come out on top is to understand your season, enjoy your season and make the most of it all.   These seasons I’m speaking of are much like the ones the earth goes through; spring, summer, fall and winter. In your spring season, you’ll be faced with planting new beginnings, and this should be your main focus. What you do in this season plays a part in determining how your following seasons will go. Are you planting seeds of hope, success, and joy? Or are you planting seeds out doubt, failure and worry?   Our next season is summer. This season is all about taking care of and growing the seeds you planted in your spring season. Whatever circumstance you are working with. It’s time to cultivate, water and fertilize those seeds. You must keep a close eye on them, so they don’t dry out and wither away. For example, let’s say you’re working on personal development and growing as a leader. Set goals, have a plan, do a little bit every day, stick to it and assess where you’re at on a daily, weekly or monthly bases.   Up next, fall. Fall is all about the harvest. This is where you reap what you sow. Now is the time to evaluate your production. How is it? Is it where you want it to be? What has been working and what hasn’t? It’s time to take responsibility of your efforts. Remember, it’s never too late to change what’s not working and there’s always room for improvement on what is.   Now for the dreaded winter. Winters can be long and hard and you may face trials, but they won’t last forever. It’s key that you face your winter season head on and focus on getting better, stronger and wiser. Did you make a bad decision that brought you into your winter? Learn from it, grow from it and turn it into something better. Is it something out of your control that brought you into this season? Roll with it, take things as they come and get better.   If you get only one thing out of this blog post, let it be this – enjoy your season. Control what you can, let go of what you can’t and focus on becoming the best you and making the best out of the cards your dealt.   Click to read another blog.   Click to learn more about CorVive.

Procrastination

We are all guilty of it. Pushing a dinner date to the last minute, looking for a jacket while the Uber idles in the drive, putting off a last minute homework project; procrastination, the list is virtually endless. Additionally, we all know those people that live on the other end of the spectrum, when they arrive early, for them it is on time and on time is late, contrast that with those of us that believe being fashionably late is the only way to go. I’m not just talking about everyday time conflicts; I speak to a broader sense of maintaining commitments and experiencing the satisfaction of accomplishing tasks that lead to success. “Once you set goals you must set a timeline in which you wish to accomplish these benchmarks, although they may change, your commitment to see your goals through to the end should not waiver. This is the tightrope of procrastination. Constantly be checking in with yourself. There is no greater feeling than completing a goal, task, and project by your set date or even earlier. If you have yet to feel that satisfaction begin working on taking steps to accomplishing tasks today.”—Jeremy Fouts As it relates to your CorVive business there is a big difference between being a pushing person and being a prompt person. If people feel your urgency and excitement they will reflect that in your engagements as you discuss the CorVive lifestyle. As opposed to seeming desperate, lean and hungry—that look is never good on anyone and your prospects can feel those inclinations. Some of these tips might seem obvious, but since we are addressing procrastination, let's get some real world tips that can help. My top 3 tips for avoiding procrastination. -Organize your life (maybe grab that super organized friend to help you). Write down your routines and check in regularly. You will be surprised how quickly things move when you’re tracking closely. Once you nail one of your milestones mark it off and start working on the next one. -On that note: set clear goals and define a realistic timeline. That one is pretty straightforward. -And finally, prioritize. If you are having a hard time pushing through some of the heavier lifting choose times to work on lower hanging fruit that is easier to check off the box. Perfection is not realistic, but constant forward motion will benefit you greatly. We are moving into the fall, the best season for word-of-mouth marketing. Get out there with some solid goals and an unflawed ‘why’, I know you are capable of great things. With this you will see the satisfaction of releasing procrastination from your life!

The Rainwaters

Always showing up, but never having to show off. The Rainwaters have a philosophy of  success is not in their words, but in their actions. A perfect fit with CorVive, Candace and Larry Rainwater exemplify over and over again why CorVive is the right place and the right time. They live the principles of love, serve and care, all while combining just the right amount of determination to ultimately change thousands of lives (which they have done). Consistency has been the bedrock upon which the Rainwaters have built their business. Natural born entrepreneurs, they know the work it takes to feed a thriving business and balance life in the meantime. However, they have both mentioned that they have plenty of growing to do and CorVive has helped them beyond measure, as there couldn’t be one without the other. They have brought their own admirable style of leadership that is a playbook about helping others, and teach it along the way. Candace will never boast singularly about her success, but will quickly turn the light on a number of folks they are working with to lead to the trove of success. Whether that person is a new found friend or a long time acquaintance, the Rainwaters demonstrate an unparalleled ability to love without conditions. And these admirable characteristics keep a fresh field of wheat ready to go for the Rainwaters to continue to sow and harvest. One need not look far to see how the Rainwaters use their subtle influence to create winners. Just a short time ago Larry and his son entered a CorVive Transformation League contest and took home the gold. Without pushing or shoving, they led their son, Whitlee, to a pretty dramatic lifestyle change! (Don’t worry we will show you the proof in the pics) If you ever have the chance, join the Rainwaters for a quick conversation and see how they are truly intentional on building a CorVive business that stands the test of time—do it, take a minute to say ‘hello’. Better yet grab a ticket to the next CorVive event and you can listen to this friendly couple break down their secrets to finding long-lasting success. We promise you consistency will be central to their message, whether that be consistency in taking CorVive products to create a healthy lifestyle change or consistency with how you are approaching your life and your ‘why’. Winners take note from this playbook of two amazing people striving for an incredible dream. We are here for it. “The Rainwaters have a unique ability to change lives through their example. They never overdo it in a phony way: they are real to the core. We love the light they bring to CorVive because it illuminates everyone. Candace and Larry are never there to shade anyone’s spotlight.”—Jeremy Fouts See it to believe it. The Rainwater’s latest proof pics in caption. Camillia and Martin Martinez

Camilla Parsons Martinez is a firecracker! And we say that with the utmost respect. When Camillia and Martin Martinez were first introduced to CorVive, the culture, and the people she immediately went the extra mile and decided she was going to take positive physical change to the limits not just helping her friends and family, she decided she would become a certified health coach. This girl goes all in and does it with class. In under a year Camillia and Martin Martinez have traveled the world, got in incredible shape and have found deep meaning in the company of CorVive family. She often credits finding CorVive with helping her navigate a challenging time in her life. But we all have them and that is why we credit Camillia with bringing extra spark to CorVive. CorVive and people like Camillia and Martin Martinez go together. She is the type of person you trust your secrets with, but that you can also expect the truth from, so when it came to the main mantra of CorVive; love, serve and care…she dove all the way in and transformed her life spiritually, mentally and physically. And she has been one of the top customer recruiters ever to come into CorVive. Jeremy Fouts had to keep refreshing the screen when Camillia came onto the scene because she was bringing in customers on the daily. The reason that CorVive is sailing into year three with a bright future is because of people like Camillia. Amazing people are all around us, you just have to have a heart like Camillia to recognize those that could benefit from a little extra: love, service and caring. Get ‘em girl!

Monica and Kendall Staggers

When you start traveling the world with like minded people a certain kind of magic happens, unbreakable bonds begin to develop, dreams become reality, tragedies of the past become distant memories, the future looks bright…these are all things that you find out when you’re with folks from CorVive like Monica and Kendall Staggers. Maybe it was the fact that on a recent CorVive rewards trip in the Dominican Republic for days the weather was perfect, but on karaoke night things got dicey when an unexpected ten minute downpour drenched us, but guess who was the first to get up and dance in the rain…The Staggers. They turned this blip into a fun moment and from then on the fun didn’t stop. We have a feeling this is what it is like with the Staggers, you give them lemons and you will find yourself sipping some delicious lemonade. Monica and Kendall Staggers are a dream team in CorVive. They immediately saw the potential of a young company perfectly positioned like CorVive…they see the astounding things that are about to happen with CorVive and they weren’t going to be caught off guard. Once they grasped the basics they were off and running. Their first week they were top producers and they haven’t looked back. They have plans to help everyone they can take advantage of the incredible journey that CorVive is going on and they want all of their friends and family to be there to be part of it. If you have the chance to meet Monica and Kendall Staggers take a minute to brainstorm with them, they are humble and kind, but also brilliant. It's like they could teach a master class on allowing people to be just intrigued enough to know what CorVive is and then have the perfect finesse in making sure that they understand the champion thoroughbred that CorVive is before it breaks out of the gates. With hearts filled with love and compassion the Staggers are what Jeremy Fouts calls “folks with integrity that beams from within.”

Holiday Cheer

Sometimes during the holidays, there is a balancing act between remembering what the true spirit of Christmas is all about, contrasted by the desire to receive gifts. This has been a tricky year, as we have held sturdy through a variety of unique events that have created some real obstacles for living our lives the way we have been used to. For many, this time of year would represent receiving new clothes, bikes, the latest in technology, and the whole gamut of retail therapy. Given that this year created challenges of all shapes and sizes CorVive decided to take a less traditional route to this festive time of year.  Rather than focusing on receiving, the CorVive founders and leadership decided to focus on the essentials of CorVive and decided to live the mission of love, serve, and care. As the season continues, the CorVive group has already gladly lent a much-needed helping hand to many families across the nation…families that were experiencing exceptional hardship. The range of needs that exist throughout communities is continuous, if there was a direct need that CorVive could help, we wanted to do just that…help. There were many chances for CorVive to be of service, but things like household appliances and goods or sometimes even basic needs, like winter clothes were needed. The holidays hold a special magic in the form of gratitude. This magic emotion can cure a lot of despondency and stress. When we count more of what we have and less of what we don’t have, our hearts immediately grow an inch. Our greatest dream as we continue to love, serve and care is to make CorVive a company that has resources that are far-reaching, so that we can always be on the ground finding opportunities to express love, serve, and care. The CorVive founders and leaders will always be grateful for the opportunity to be of service to those in need and are always looking for ways to help. So we thank you CorVive for sharing the message to others to love, serve, and care this holiday season. CorVive wishes you all a Merry Christmas and will continue to look for opportunities to be of service whenever possible. Happy Holidays CorVive family, we love and appreciate you all.
