CTL

Every time we gear up for a CorVive Transformation League we try to improve upon the last. We never want anyone giving up because it is boring or the same ol’ thing is happening again. Now, let’s face it, there are some tried and true ways to get into tip-top shape that are unchangeable, but that doesn’t mean we cant get creative and getting creative is exactly what we did with this latest CTL. And WOW does it show in the before and after pics. Jeremy Fouts usually will challenge the team to come up with an idea while he also turns things up 100% to make sure we are making the most of every CTL. Jeremy Fouts—“The last thing I want folks to do is fall off the wagon because they felt the redundancy play out. Getting fit is as much a mind game as it is a physical effort. So if we can engage our minds at a high level while getting fit there is usually some magic in that. Most things worthwhile never come easy. You will never regret getting your health on the right track, it is something that will pay you in dividends over the course of your life.” This CTL was even more unique than some of the others; you had some dark horses come up from the back to snag a victory and some good old steady gym goers really shape up some phenomenal teams. One of the coolest parts of the CTL is how we were able to track data and combine that for our charitable partner Feeding America. Total Steps—129M (unheard of!)            Top Stepper was Jennifer Hinds of Ole Miss, who hit 1.7M steps individually As for picking a winner it is never easy, all things considered: social engagement, team engagement, picture submission, and info. submission. The panel of judges usually go rounds for a couple of days until the jury can settle on a winner, and typically we end up bending the rules and selecting more than initially bargained for. Let's take a look at the male winners. This time around the male winner was a sleeper, under Coach Jerry Briggs—and we have a feeling this was part of Jerry’s strategy all along to pull the ace out of his sleeve when he needed it and that is exactly what he did with Michael Demmitt. Mr. Demmitt’s before and after pics are what we all wish we look liked and we are super proud. He incorporated a very consistent CorVive product regimen along with a well rounded workout routine to come out on top of this CTL season (we will chat about what he wins in just a moment). Congrats Michael Demmitt on a fantastic win. The top ladies were just as impressive and they ran the gamut from demographics to body consistency these ladies were ready to win. And again the jury deliberated for a long time to ensure that everything was considered to achieve a win. Coach Parson's [...]

Feeding America

CorVive Amplifies the Feeding America mission by creating even more incentive for customers and endorsers to maximize their contributions, simply by doing what they already love doing…spreading the good of CorVive. Sharing is caring--and those are some of the most empowering elements that combine to create the environment that CorVive strives to create as it aims to love, serve and care as much as possible. CorVive’s mission of love, serve, and care have been paramount in making sure that CorVive’s success is shared abundantly throughout the communities that its endorsers serve. The charitable giving pillar of CorVive has been a part of the company since its creation in 2018. The long running CorVive Cares has always tried to secure benevolent pathways whenever possible. November marks a special time of the year as we all look for ways to express gratitude and give back as much as possible. CorVive founder Jeremy Fouts felt inspired to offer even more. He opened up the floodgates for customers to participate in Feeding America; during the month of November if a customer upgrades their account to endorser status they will automatically contribute up to 650 additional meals to CorVive’s Feeding America program. This promotion is in addition to the already existing CTL platform, where participants are predominantly adding to the Feeding America tally by losing pounds to contribute to the cause. For each pound lost during the CTL program there will be an automatic donation of ten meals, in addition to a plethora of ongoing and new promotions associated with the CorVIve Transformation League. Join CorVive in the spirit of gratitude by assisting those less fortunate during this season of thanks and giving

Procrastination

We are all guilty of it. Pushing a dinner date to the last minute, looking for a jacket while the Uber idles in the drive, putting off a last minute homework project; procrastination, the list is virtually endless. Additionally, we all know those people that live on the other end of the spectrum, when they arrive early, for them it is on time and on time is late, contrast that with those of us that believe being fashionably late is the only way to go. I’m not just talking about everyday time conflicts; I speak to a broader sense of maintaining commitments and experiencing the satisfaction of accomplishing tasks that lead to success. “Once you set goals you must set a timeline in which you wish to accomplish these benchmarks, although they may change, your commitment to see your goals through to the end should not waiver. This is the tightrope of procrastination. Constantly be checking in with yourself. There is no greater feeling than completing a goal, task, and project by your set date or even earlier. If you have yet to feel that satisfaction begin working on taking steps to accomplishing tasks today.”—Jeremy Fouts As it relates to your CorVive business there is a big difference between being a pushing person and being a prompt person. If people feel your urgency and excitement they will reflect that in your engagements as you discuss the CorVive lifestyle. As opposed to seeming desperate, lean and hungry—that look is never good on anyone and your prospects can feel those inclinations. Some of these tips might seem obvious, but since we are addressing procrastination, let's get some real world tips that can help. My top 3 tips for avoiding procrastination. -Organize your life (maybe grab that super organized friend to help you). Write down your routines and check in regularly. You will be surprised how quickly things move when you’re tracking closely. Once you nail one of your milestones mark it off and start working on the next one. -On that note: set clear goals and define a realistic timeline. That one is pretty straightforward. -And finally, prioritize. If you are having a hard time pushing through some of the heavier lifting choose times to work on lower hanging fruit that is easier to check off the box. Perfection is not realistic, but constant forward motion will benefit you greatly. We are moving into the fall, the best season for word-of-mouth marketing. Get out there with some solid goals and an unflawed ‘why’, I know you are capable of great things. With this you will see the satisfaction of releasing procrastination from your life!

Brandi and Spencer Guidry

Finding the boundaries of being a stay-at-home mom, an integral part of her kids schooling system behind the wheel of that iconic school bus and a general gatekeeper of life can be an interesting endeavor to juggle. But Brandi and Spencer Guidry seem to be finding the rhythm that works for them, now that CorVive has helped them to see the incredible things they are capable of. Spencer, a natural-born entrepreneur already had the finesse needed to guide an opportunity like CorVive and Brandi is right by his side as they both navigate the wonder of the CorVive world. On the cusp of Brandi and Spencer Guidry's tenth wedding anniversary they were off and running with CorVive, and as it goes with timing they managed to find CorVive in the perfect spot. CorVive being in its third year is positioned for explosive growth that often only comes around once-in-a-lifetime and for folks like Brandi and Spencer Guidry were prepared and ready for something like CorVive to come along, let’s just say it was a divine calling that everything came together when it did. Brandi often refers to trusting in the process and listening to your leaders and learning as they help you learn to fly. Luckily Brandi and Spencer Guidry were in good hands with sponsors like the Duhon’s; they couldn’t ask for a more driven and willing couple that is ready to lock arms with them and launch massive success. Brandi and Spencer Guidry hail from a beautiful part of the south called Carencro, LA. We caught up with Brandi just as she was patching up a sprain on her sporty kiddo, wrapping up a day at work, and packing to head out for a week long stretch to celebrate ten years with Spencer. She is an inspiration to talk to but she had some good sound bites that are worth repeating. “So many signs started to point to CorVive. We come from a place of faith and trust that we are receptive when things are put in our path for a reason... CorVive was definitely in that realm of accepting that a good thing had happened and we were going to go for it, knowing that we just need to trust in our leadership to help us navigate. We got in and we got moving quickly, we set dates immediately, we invited as many people as possible and everything just started clicking. It was amazing to see the response that happened when we just followed the process.” Things are just getting started for Brandi and Spencer Guidry and with leadership like the Duhon’s to follow, we know that they are going places. Having already qualified for CorVive’s bootcamp event in November—an intimate event that showcases upcoming advancements in CorVive's business systems, product strategy and the future of CorVive. “Folks like the Duhon’s and the Guidry’s are the reason I love CorVive so much; these are the people you want to not just do business with, but life with. Holiday Cheer

Sometimes during the holidays, there is a balancing act between remembering what the true spirit of Christmas is all about, contrasted by the desire to receive gifts. This has been a tricky year, as we have held sturdy through a variety of unique events that have created some real obstacles for living our lives the way we have been used to. For many, this time of year would represent receiving new clothes, bikes, the latest in technology, and the whole gamut of retail therapy. Given that this year created challenges of all shapes and sizes CorVive decided to take a less traditional route to this festive time of year.  Rather than focusing on receiving, the CorVive founders and leadership decided to focus on the essentials of CorVive and decided to live the mission of love, serve, and care. As the season continues, the CorVive group has already gladly lent a much-needed helping hand to many families across the nation…families that were experiencing exceptional hardship. The range of needs that exist throughout communities is continuous, if there was a direct need that CorVive could help, we wanted to do just that…help. There were many chances for CorVive to be of service, but things like household appliances and goods or sometimes even basic needs, like winter clothes were needed. The holidays hold a special magic in the form of gratitude. This magic emotion can cure a lot of despondency and stress. When we count more of what we have and less of what we don’t have, our hearts immediately grow an inch. Our greatest dream as we continue to love, serve and care is to make CorVive a company that has resources that are far-reaching, so that we can always be on the ground finding opportunities to express love, serve, and care. The CorVive founders and leaders will always be grateful for the opportunity to be of service to those in need and are always looking for ways to help. So we thank you CorVive for sharing the message to others to love, serve, and care this holiday season. CorVive wishes you all a Merry Christmas and will continue to look for opportunities to be of service whenever possible. Happy Holidays CorVive family, we love and appreciate you all.
