We are all guilty of it. Pushing a dinner date to the last minute, looking for a jacket while the Uber idles in the drive, putting off a last minute homework project; procrastination, the list is virtually endless. Additionally, we all know those people that live on the other end of the spectrum, when they arrive early, for them it is on time and on time is late, contrast that with those of us that believe being fashionably late is the only way to go. I’m not just talking about everyday time conflicts; I speak to a broader sense of maintaining commitments and experiencing the satisfaction of accomplishing tasks that lead to success. “Once you set goals you must set a timeline in which you wish to accomplish these benchmarks, although they may change, your commitment to see your goals through to the end should not waiver. This is the tightrope of procrastination. Constantly be checking in with yourself. There is no greater feeling than completing a goal, task, and project by your set date or even earlier. If you have yet to feel that satisfaction begin working on taking steps to accomplishing tasks today.”—Jeremy Fouts As it relates to your CorVive business there is a big difference between being a pushing person and being a prompt person. If people feel your urgency and excitement they will reflect that in your engagements as you discuss the CorVive lifestyle. As opposed to seeming desperate, lean and hungry—that look is never good on anyone and your prospects can feel those inclinations. Some of these tips might seem obvious, but since we are addressing procrastination, let's get some real world tips that can help. My top 3 tips for avoiding procrastination. -Organize your life (maybe grab that super organized friend to help you). Write down your routines and check in regularly. You will be surprised how quickly things move when you’re tracking closely. Once you nail one of your milestones mark it off and start working on the next one. -On that note: set clear goals and define a realistic timeline. That one is pretty straightforward. -And finally, prioritize. If you are having a hard time pushing through some of the heavier lifting choose times to work on lower hanging fruit that is easier to check off the box. Perfection is not realistic, but constant forward motion will benefit you greatly. We are moving into the fall, the best season for word-of-mouth marketing. Get out there with some solid goals and an unflawed ‘why’, I know you are capable of great things. With this you will see the satisfaction of releasing procrastination from your life!

When Camillia and Martin Martinez were first introduced to CorVive, the culture, and the people she immediately went the extra mile and decided she was going to take positive physical change to the limits not just helping her friends and family, she decided she would become a certified health coach. This girl goes all in and does it with class. In under a year Camillia and Martin Martinez have traveled the world, got in incredible shape and have found deep meaning in the company of CorVive family. She often credits finding CorVive with helping her navigate a challenging time in her life. But we all have them and that is why we credit Camillia with bringing extra spark to CorVive. CorVive and people like Camillia and Martin Martinez go together. Maybe it was the fact that on a recent CorVive rewards trip in the Dominican Republic for days the weather was perfect, but on karaoke night things got dicey when an unexpected ten minute downpour drenched us, but guess who was the first to get up and dance in the rain…The Staggers. They turned this blip into a fun moment and from then on the fun didn’t stop. We have a feeling this is what it is like with the Staggers, you give them lemons and you will find yourself sipping some delicious lemonade. Monica and Kendall Staggers are a dream team in CorVive. They immediately saw the potential of a young company perfectly positioned like CorVive…they see the astounding things that are about to happen with CorVive and they weren’t going to be caught off guard. Once they grasped the basics they were off and running. Their first week they were top producers and they haven’t looked back. They have plans to help everyone they can take advantage of the incredible journey that CorVive is going on and they want all of their friends and family to be there to be part of it. If you have the chance to meet Monica and Kendall Staggers take a minute to brainstorm with them, they are humble and kind, but also brilliant. If you haven’t heard of the name Katherine Faul you are missing out! She is one of our most incredible up-and-coming CorVive leaders. Katherine is one of those people that you just want to be around because she has an infectious smile and laugh, not to mention that unforgettable voice. That soulful, buttery, tone that makes you feel like you’re listening to a full symphony when she just sings one line of...anything. If you’ve attended a CorVive event you may have heard her sing the Star Spangled Banner, and Lord willing we will get to hear more from her. Hurry to our next event, before she hits the road with her crew sharing her soulful music and CorVive along the way. As rewarding and as huge of a blessing being a mom is, let’s admit it moms are selfless. They are the ones that have your back like no one else ever will. And that was no different with Katherine Faul. After having kids back to back she felt like she had given up on some of her own dreams and ambitions. But when someone like Katherine commits to something she does it with all she has, and CorVive and its messaging struck a chord with this mom. She started off with CorVive products and immediately knew they were better than anything she had tried in the past. She began to drop weight and gain lean muscle, and in a few short months she was down 20 lbs and 25 total inches. That’s a big deal for mom’s everywhere. Raise your hand if you’ve been there! As she gears up for yet another CorVive Transformation League she is thrilled that this unique program offers her the opportunity to reach out to those who might not have been in the equation. She plans on hanging on to her past CorVive results because she has seen amazing changes both mentally and physically. Looks can be deceiving sometimes. We have all heard the old adage to “never judge a book by its cover,” well that is how we feel about our next feature endorser couple. From the outside looking in, these stunners had it all; a comfortable living, a beautiful family, the house with the picketed fence…but they were looking for more. But underneath the sheen was a humble couple looking for more, desiring to live a more fulfilling life. Nothing was necessarily wrong, but there was a small gap that could use a little bridge. Chase and Alison Smith were ready to chase after dreams and help others do the same; they just needed the right vehicle to take their lives to the next level. Alison is a rare homegrown Texas girl, while Chase comes from a small town in Kansas. They both followed their educations to careers they loved and are raising two beautiful kids. They worked hard and played hard. Enter a co-worker of Alison’s that set their life on a brand-new beautiful journey, the one and only Angie Harmon. For a year Alison ghosted Angie, she wasn’t quite ready to dip her toes in the entrepreneur pond, but once she saw the ways in which Angie’s life was changing in such a short amount of time, the tables turned and Alison became the seeker, tracking Angie down. Persistence does pay off, and so does not prejudging anyone. If Angie had just given up, Alison would have never benefitted from the amazing company that is CorVive. Additionally, if Angie would have just viewed them from how their lives appeared to be, she probably wouldn’t have thought CorVive was something they needed, but indeed, CorVive was a dream they were willing to pursue. Alison watched Angie turn unwanted baby weight into a fit-mamma in what seemed to be overnight, and Alison wanted in on the secret. Before long, Chase and Alison were on their own health and financial journey. In no time Alison went from 173 pounds down to 138 pounds losing her latest baby-weight along the way. The Smiths fell in love with CorVive, and in turn, started sharing it with everyone they loved. The list of friends and family with better health because of CorVive is staggering; from relatives off of cholesterol meds to dozens who have lost 40 pounds or more, CorVive has been a blessing. They have found greater faith and the benefits of counting those blessings as well. They find themselves praying as a family and growing closer by the day. Their hard work has allowed them to eliminate student loans, car loans, credit cards, everyday debt that most hard working Americans all have. CorVive – Aaron Down 50 Pounds!

If you saw Aaron Danenhauer today you would probably think he was an Instagram fitness influencer or maybe full-time celebrity trainer; both of which we are sure he is qualified to do. After all, Aaron is down 50 pounds! But there is more to this amazing human than meets the eye. Growing up participating in sports gave him the foundation he needed to stay in shape and use the best of the best in supplementation, but as it is for most of us, life eventually slows us down. Work begins to come before working out and the list of just living and getting by grows. When Aaron found CorVive it was a match made in heaven, as is usually the case, CorVive’s values aligned with Aaron’s ideologies. Not only were the products second to none, the company seemed almost too good to be true. He thought, "Is it possible that this company really has founders like Jeremy and Candice Fouts who always put others first, rather than the other way around, when profits always came before people." The more he learned and attended CorVive events, he knew that CorVive really was a company that was built on a foundation of simple principles, that most importantly included; love, serve and care. Before long, Aaron shot out of the starting blocks like an Olympic runner. If you ever have the chance to sit down with Angie for a minute and ask her what the secret of life is…she seems like the type of person who just might know it. However, her coy smile will let you know she is going to keep that secret, but she will let you in on another secret that has changed her life…and it's CorVive. Living what most would consider the American dream, there was so much weighing on Angie’s mind when she found CorVive. She had married the man of her dreams a few years prior, she had an adorable couple of daughters and one on the way—deep down though she knew she was capable of more. This gal encompasses everything CorVive is. She is the epitome of love, service and caring. If you needed the shirt off her back, you wouldn’t even have to ask, she’d wrap you in it before you could get the words out. The time came when new baby arrived and as it is with jobs she new she had a limited amount of time to get back to the office. Although she loved her job, the dream of staying home with her husband and girls meant more to her. It is funny how fate can sometimes drop things in your lap at the most opportune times. Recently her husband had signed them up for a young company called CorVive and she was quickly realizing that the best-of-class products were working for her to get the baby weight off, and some of the products had her feeling better than she had felt in a long time. To sum it up, she knew she had a good horse and she was ready to tests its limits. In no time Angie knew that her ability to love and care would serve her well as she started to tap into her innovative spirit. She realized the philosophies that were in the DNA of CorVive aligned perfectly with the principles that she lived her life by. She continued to join each CorVive Transformation League and she coached others to success, but even more astonishing is that she was sharpening her leadership abilities to build a substantial business with CorVive. Sometimes during the holidays, there is a balancing act between remembering what the true spirit of Christmas is all about, contrasted by the desire to receive gifts. This has been a tricky year, as we have held sturdy through a variety of unique events that have created some real obstacles for living our lives the way we have been used to. For many, this time of year would represent receiving new clothes, bikes, the latest in technology, and the whole gamut of retail therapy. Given that this year created challenges of all shapes and sizes CorVive decided to take a less traditional route to this festive time of year. Rather than focusing on receiving, the CorVive founders and leadership decided to focus on the essentials of CorVive and decided to live the mission of love, serve, and care. As the season continues, the CorVive group has already gladly lent a much-needed helping hand to many families across the nation…families that were experiencing exceptional hardship. The range of needs that exist throughout communities is continuous, if there was a direct need that CorVive could help, we wanted to do just that…help. There were many chances for CorVive to be of service, but things like household appliances and goods or sometimes even basic needs, like winter clothes were needed. The holidays hold a special magic in the form of gratitude. This magic emotion can cure a lot of despondency and stress. When we count more of what we have and less of what we don’t have, our hearts immediately grow an inch. Our greatest dream as we continue to love, serve and care is to make CorVive a company that has resources that are far-reaching, so that we can always be on the ground finding opportunities to express love, serve, and care. The CorVive founders and leaders will always be grateful for the opportunity to be of service to those in need and are always looking for ways to help.
